The Company provides professional digital and creative solutions, including website design, hosting, logo creation, domain management, SEO setup, and related consulting. All services are delivered under the terms outlined in written quotations, proposals, or agreements.
Clients must provide all content, materials, required account access, and approvals necessary for project completion. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or communication issues.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Significant design or functional changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Where hosting or domain services are provided, the Company manages setup, maintenance, and security.
Clients remain legal owners of their domains. The Company is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
The Company follows best practices for search optimisation but cannot guarantee specific rankings or results, as these depend on third-party algorithms.
All work remains the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding stock assets, fonts, licensed images, and licensed software.
The Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 2018 (Ireland). For information on how personal data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from use of our website or services.
Either party may terminate a project in writing. If a project is cancelled by the client, all work completed to date will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
